About The Event
Gunpowder Falls State Park spans over 18,000 acres in Harford and Baltimore Counties. We couldn’t possibly recommend tackling this all at once, so as we ready ourselves to say farewell to the summer, we recommend one of our favorite summer swimming treasures: The Pot Rocks at Gunpowder Falls State Park!
Located in the Central Area of the park, bordering both the Big and Little Gunpowder Falls, we have crafted a “Choose-Your-Own-Adventure” style itinerary for this walk, ranging from an easy, 2-mile hike and swim to a 4+-mile hike, culminating in a river swim if you are looking for a full hiking/swimming experience.
